Thanks to Sweet Cakes by Karen I was able to have my dream cake! Karen and the ladies at Sweet Cakes are the sweetest and so talented!! I was able to show them a few pictures and describe what I wanted and they gave me EXACTLY what I hoped for. The work they do is immaculate and beautiful. And as beautiful as the cake was on the outside, the inside was just as wonderful! I have to say, the lemon cake with lemon curd filling is AMAZING!! Not only was the cake beautiful, but it tasted incredible too! The staff also went out of their way to do a cake tasting during off hours with me as I had a destination wedding and was only in town with limited time. I highly recommend this company!
I am absolutely thrilled with the cake i received from Sweet Cakes! When i was first deciding what design i wanted for my wedding cake I looked through Karens portfolio which was amazing. I was able to pick and choose different traits from a few different cakes she had done and made it my very own cake. What a relief it was to not have to worry about the cake anymore. It was delivered to the reception right on time. Karen took the time to arrange it so it looked its best. I am so glad I chose to get my cake from Sweet Cakes. There are so many things to get ready for a wedding, I am so grateful for the time and patience this company had with me. I knew I was in good hands with this group of ladies. Thank you again!
The perfect wedding cake was really important to me and I always felt like I was in trustworthy hands with Sweet Cakes by Karen. My wedding cake included sugar flowers, stenciling, and a sculpture feature. I was completely blown away with the artistry and craftsmanship of the final product.
I have been watching Sweet Cakes by Karen grow for the last 15+ years and have seen literally hundreds of her cakes. From cakes that look like stained glass to cakes that resemble football players she can make anything you want because she is truly an artist...her medium is just edible! I recommend her to anyone who wants something special and not just something that can be purchased from Costco. If you want the best you will get your cake from Karen!
